Vintage Celebrations Popup Bar Hire is based in Maleny, located in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland. We offer uniquely styled BYO self-service drink stations, suitable for any smaller celebrations.
Our dry hire packages are perfect for smaller, intimate celebrations such as engagements, weddings, elopements, naming ceremonies, gender reveals, baby showers, bridal showers, hens parties, birthday parties, Christmas parties or any other special event. Our stations can be easily styled to compliment boho, rustic, vintage, and contemporary event themes.
In order to save you time, money and stress, we have created a selection of packages in different sizes to choose from.
Our Dry Bar Hire Packages range from $450 to $750 + GST, are designed for you to host-your-own drink station or Pop Up Bar and include delivery within the Sunshine Coast and Hinterland areas.* We set-up, style & ensure your BYO liquor is chilled & ready for service, we then leave for the duration of your event package and return to clean up and pack down.
*Our service includes free travel to your event location within 50 kms of the Maleny
town centre. Any service requirements outside these areas will incur an additional travel fee* from $45 +GST each way.
Vintage Celebrations Pop Up Bar Hire was specifically created with weddings and special events in mind, servicing the Gold Coast area since 2019. However, the business has recently made the transition from the Gold Coast and has relocated operations to Maleny, in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland.
Vintage Celebrations offer a range of BYO drink station & popup bar hire packages which will wow your guests while they mix & mingle and celebrate. Our host-your-own bar packages are perfect for any type of smaller event up to 60 guests. Our packages have been created to cut costs by not including a bartender and the hirer provides all BYO liquor! However, should you require bar service for your event, we do offer RSA Certified Bartender hire.
Vintage Celebrations will be collaborating with it's sister company Willow Wood Wedding & Event Hire, Maleny. Together, we will be providing boho, retro, vintage & rustic event hire packages suitable for weddings, elopements, anniversaries, birthdays, baby & bridal showers.
We have also recently introduced boho luxe picnic hire packages. The emphasis will be on showcasing the Maleny & Sunshine Coast Hinterland region as a destination & what better way to enjoy the great outdoors than to grab friends & family to enjoy a gorgeous picnic.
