Vintage Celebrations is a Gold Coast Popup Bar Hire Business offering uniquely styled BYO drink stations and pop up bars, suitable for any celebration.
Our packages are perfect for smaller, intimate celebrations such as engagements, weddings, elopements, naming ceremonies, gender reveals, baby showers, bridal showers, hens parties, birthday parties, Christmas parties or any other special event. Our stations can be easily styled to complement boho, rustic, vintage, and contemporary event themes.
In order to save you time, money and stress, we have created a selection of packages in different sizes and styles to choose from.
Our Dry Bar Hire Packages range from $650 to $950 + GST, are designed for you to host-your-own drink station and include delivery within the Gold Coast and Hinterland areas* with a 3 hour event waiting period.
Our Full Drinks Service Packages range from $850 to $1250 + GST, include delivery within the Gold Coast and Hinterland areas* and includes one (1) RSA Certified Bartender, with a 2 to 5 hour event window* (Dependant on hire package).
Our service includes free travel to your event location on the Gold Coast. This area is from Burleigh Heads in the south to Coomera in the north to the Gold Coast Hinterland and all in between. Any service requirements outside these areas will incur an additional travel fee* from $45 +gst each way.
